Where did 2010 go? We've been so busy during the past 6 months, I didn't even have time to update my blog.
I have heard many people say that they are glad 2010 is over and that they can't wait for 2011.
We have to say that we have been very blessed. We had a very good year and a lot to be thankful for. No Hurricanes for once, we truly wouldn't have had time to fit one into our schedule.
My godchild Laura was born on March 7, 2010. We flew to Germany in August to meet her and attend her parents' wedding and her baptism of course.
Here she is 4 months later getting cuter by the picture.
On our last day in Germany we got news of a grandbaby being born back home in Louisiana.
A few days after we got back from Germany we drove to northern Louisiana to meet Ms. Alena Grace

September, October and November? Gone without notice.
The holidays in December and our days off flew by as well. Now it's time to take down the Christmas tree and wait for Spring to come. The Saints made it to the playoffs and we are hoping for another Superbowl. Mardi Gras is our next paid Holiday and we are looking forward to another cruise in May.
Rufus still does what he does best . . . chill, eat and sleep, not necessarily in that order!
