Team Member of the month!!

I'm so proud!!!

My baby won the "Team Member of the month" award for November. He was invited to the Leadership Team Meeting and intruduced to all Leaders. The next day the CEO came to the Department to congratulate him again and bring a few gifts :) And a plaque of course: He got a special parking spot, right near an entrance into the hospital, a special ID, a really nice coffee mug and this really nice watch. It says "Team Member of the Month".

He's also invited to the Team Member Banquett and he can bring a Guest (that's me!!) He will also be in to win Team Member of the Year.

He had proffesional pictures taken and this was posted on the hospital's internal website:

Emile M. has a positive attitude toward work responsibilities, co-workers, and customers, and serves as a role model for others. He has received numerous compliments from departments throughout EJGH on his respect for team members and guests, his desire to do the right thing and attention to detail. Emile is a very knowledgeable and dependable team member and it is demonstrated in his daily actions. Several doctors have commented on his response to their particular parking issues and the doctor’s ability to gain access to certain parking areas in regards to how he handles the situation quickly. He frequently rounds on the units looking for lost and found items in order to return them to their rightful owner.

Emile has on numerous occasions gone out of his way to assist fellow team members and guests. He has always been complimented on his responsiveness in every situation and is often the first one on the scene when a code white is called. His command of the situation gives everyone a secure feeling regarding his or her safety.

He is well aware of the need to have anything prepared for new TM orientation and has streamlined the process, which is one of the first impressions a new team member has of EJGH.
Emile always meets his goals in regards to his evaluation and looks to continually grow within the department. This TM volunteers to work special events, he takes on additional shifts or switches his day off so his fellow TM’s and the Departments needs can be accommodated. He is truly a team member.

He was one of the first officers to complete the Department’s Career development program with high scores.

Great Job Emile!
