Black Friday

We slept in this year and didn't leave the house until 6 am. LOL We still got some really great deals. We went to WalMart first and got these picture frames, towels and the little hand vacuum and a toaster oven. We then went to JCPenney where I found some cute PJ pants and face towels and a griddle. On our way to get breakfast we stopped at Target and picked up a 1000 threadcount sheet set; it's not egyptian cotton but it's still softer than any 250 or 500 threadcount set.

And the griddle, we paid $15 bucks for.All in all we spent around $200 for all this stuff that we would have eventually bought it anyway and would have paid a whole lot more for . . . I love Black Friday!!!

Oh . . . and don't tell me the economy is sooo bad . . . if that were the case people wouldn't have had 2 and 3 shopping carts full of stuff!!!

We got the container with our christmas stuff out of the attic today. I put a little santa hat on Rufi and he was not amused!! He is definetly not one of those 'dress-up' puppies.

He couldn't get it off fast enough.

We tried to take him for a walk Thanksgiving Day and he almost strangled himself. He just doesn't like to be outside other than the back yard.
