Happy Birthday, Emile!!

We celebrated Emile's 25th birthday for the 20th time!! I made him a cake and his gift were the step bar's for his truck. At first I was going to take his truck and bring at to a dealership and have it all done, but I didn't want to pick them for him. So I took him to PepBoys and he mounted him on the truck himself.We went out for lunch to New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood. We've been wanting to try their fried catfish. It was good, but too lemony for our taste. For dinner we met our friend Jay at Gordon Biersch, a Brewery in the City. Someone would have went out to eat at third time that day, but I really think that would have been pushing it. The hopping people will just have to wait until we come to eat some more crepes. After dinner we walked to the Quarter to get some drinks at Pat O'briens, it was sooooo hot!!! Pat O's was full of tourist and we decided to drive uptown to 'The bulldog" http://bulldog.draftfreak.com/ They have puppy pictures all over the place, like the one behind me. We had a good time. Here's our puppy . . . being nosy!!

We'll be taking him to the beach with us at the end of the month. That's my birthday present. I need to hang at the beach at least once a year. We haven't been since my parents were here.
